Mental Health Therapist Position Overview

Radiant Mind Wellness, based in Midvale, Utah, is seeking part-time and/or full-time mental health professionals to join our team.

We offer a W-2 hybrid position with in-person office space and support for virtual sessions.

We are seeking provisionally or independently licensed mental health professionals who are either currently credentialed, actively pursuing credentialing, or eager to begin training in Experiential or Expressive therapy modalities, such as Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and more.

Professional Development Opportunity

At Radiant Mind Wellness, we’re excited to support continued of our clinicians! We offer supportive professional development opportunities specifically for clinicians excited about and dedicated to experiential and expressive therapies. We provide:

  • In-House Supervision and Consultation: Receive regular supervision from our Clinical Director, Kate Wingard, LCMHC, ATR-BC, who specializes in EMDR, Art Therapy, Somatic Therapies, Clinical Hypnosis, and other integrative approaches. Supervision and consultation are designed to deepen your skills in working with complex trauma, attachment wounds, and dissociative disorders.

  • Collaborative Training Support: We actively support clinicians who are pursuing or beginning credentialing in experiential modalities such as Art Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, and more. Our environment fosters learning through collaboration and shared expertise.

  • CEU Stipends & Funding Support: Access stipends for continuing education (full time clinicians) and additional funding support to deepen your expertise in your chosen modalities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in mental health.

  • Valid Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT; provisionally licensed professionals welcome!

  • Credentialed or working toward credentialing in an experiential therapy modality (e.g., Somatic Therapy, Clinical Art Therapy, EMDR).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication skills.

  • Affirming of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities; multilingual is a plus.

  • Minimum availability of 15 clinical hours per week (scheduled for 18 hours), with morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts. (15 - PT, 25 - FT).

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based and integrative mental health care for individuals, couples, family, group sessions.

  • Foster a supportive relationship with clients.

  • Ensure timely communication with clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring documentation is completed within the business week

  • Work in tandem with healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

  • Address client emergencies and safety concerns promptly.

  • Commit to professional growth and best practices.
