Join Heroes Within – An Art Therapy Group for Teens 13 - 17
Thank you for your interest in Heroes Within! This in-person art therapy group supports teens in exploring identity, emotions, and inner resilience through creative expression.'
Using the metaphor of the “hero,” teens will create characters, symbols, and stories that reflect both their challenges and strengths—building confidence, insight, and connection in a supportive peer space. No prior art experience is required. Curiosity is welcome.
Important note for caregivers: Because this is a clinical therapy group for minors, a brief parent/guardian consultation call is required prior to final registration to review informed consent, confidentiality, group structure, and goals.
Group Details
Dates: January 12 – March 9, 2026
Day/Time: Mondays, 5:30–7:00 PM
Location: Radiant Mind Wellness (in person) — 111 E 5600 S, Murray, UT 84107
Ages: 13–17
Cost: $35 per session (insurance accepted)
Materials Provided: All art supplies included (2D & 3D materials)
Parent/Guardian Involvement: Brief caregiver consult required prior to final registration
