Hollie Anderson, Art Therapy Intern, CMHCi

I am dedicated to helping individuals heal through a blend of traditional therapy, art, and somatic approaches. Inspired by my personal experiences with therapeutic art-making during times of grief, I integrate creative expression and trauma-informed techniques to promote emotional well-being. I am working toward licensure as an art therapist and clinical counselor through Syracuse University and focus on empowering clients in their journeys of self-discovery, growth, and resilience. I specialize in using art and somatic practices to assist with emotional regulation, stress relief, and personal transformation.

Caite Woahn, Expressive Arts Therapies Intern, CMHCi

I am a clinical mental health counseling intern pursuing Utah licensure and holds an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology. I am currently affiliated with Rocky Mountain University. She brings experience from working with K-12 students in Virginia, North Carolina, and Utah, where she developed expertise in the connections between cognition, emotions, and behavior. My approach is client-centered and compassionate, addressing concerns such as grief/loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, parenting, perfectionism, gender and sexual identity, faith transitions, and trauma. I am also working toward certifications as a Registered Play Therapist and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. I use play, expressive arts, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and sensorimotor techniques to promote alignment, connection, and sustainable change.

I am working toward licensure as an art therapist through Southwestern College and New Earth Institute and have experience working with children and adults, including individuals with learning disabilities.
