Join us for a 6-week art therapy and mindfulness group designed to help individuals increase awareness, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections. This group blends creative expression with mindfulness practices to support personal growth and emotional well-being—no prior art experience needed.
Through guided art therapy prompts, reflective discussions, and mindfulness exercises, participants will develop tools to better understand emotions, reduce stress, and improve focus. With access to 2D and 3D materials, you’ll be supported in creative expression of your thoughts and experiences in this group setting.
Sessions are held Fridays from 4–5:30 PM starting January 24, 2025, in Millcreek, UT. Spots are limited—register today to start your journey toward awareness and growth!
