Join us for a 6-week art therapy and mindfulness group designed to support individuals in building awareness, reducing stress, and fostering growth through creative expression and mindfulness practices.

  • Dates: Fridays, January 24 - February 28, 2025

  • Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

  • Cost: $35 per session (insurance accepted)

  • Materials Provided: 2D & 3D art supplies

About the Group:

This 6-week art therapy and mindfulness group offers individuals a supportive space to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and practice mindfulness techniques. Sessions blend creative expression with mindfulness practices, helping participants develop tools for emotional balance and resilience—no prior art experience needed!

About the Facilitators:

Kate Wingard, LCMHC, ATR-BC, is a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Hollie Anderson & Catie Woahn are art and expressive therapies and counseling trainees. They all bring compassionate, evidence-based approaches to guide participants through creative arts therapies and mindfulness practices. Together, they create a safe, empowering space for growth and reflection.
