Where Do Feelings Live?: Child & Caregiver Art Therapy Group

Support Emotional Growth Through Art

Support Emotional Growth Through Art

Where Do Feelings Live? is a playful, therapeutic art group for young children (ages 4–6) and their caregivers to explore feelings, sensations, and body awareness together.

Through body mapping, drawing, and movement-based art, children learn to notice where emotions live in the body—and how to express them with support from a trusted adult. Each child attends with one caregiver.

This small group is led by a credentialed clinical art therapist and designed to support co-regulation, emotional awareness, and parent-child connection. No art experience needed.
