About the Group:
This group offers adults a safe and supportive space to process emotions and connect with their inner experiences. Using the metaphor of creating a house and its rooms, participants will explore emotions tied to different aspects of life, gaining clarity, resilience, and deeper self-awareness. No prior art experience is required—just bring your curiosity!
