Join us for a 12-week art therapy group designed to support teens in creative expression and identity exploration.

  • Dates: Wednesdays, January 22 - April 9, 2025

  • Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

  • Cost: $35 per session (insurance accepted)

  • Materials Provided: 2D & 3D art supplies

About the Group:

This 12-week art therapy group offers adolescents a safe and supportive space to explore their identity, build confidence, and develop emotional awareness through creative expression. Teens will engage in guided art-therapy prompts and reflective discussions to process emotions, gain insight, and strengthen personal growth—no prior art experience needed!

About the Facilitator:

Kristina MacCaughan, ATR-P, ACMHC, is a Clinical Art Therapist and Counselor with expertise in creative, evidence-based approaches for emotional growth and identity exploration. She is passionate about helping teens build confidence and explore their authentic selves through art therapy.
